Listed below are my terms of services please read them beforehand:
โญTURNAROUND PERIODโญ
Completion of each piece depends on the complexity of the commission. Factors outside my control can cause delays but I will do my best to deliver your works!โญPAYMENTโญ
โ All price is in USD.
โ Full payment is to be made before I begin the first sketch.
โ Payment via Paypal, ko-fi or throne. Please do take note that buyer will also take on transaction fees.โญTERMSโญ
โ I have the rights to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable or confident in delivering a desirable outcome. Please understand.
โ Using or minting my work for NFTs is strictly not allowed.
โ I am not responsible for any copyright for the commissioned piece, so please do a background check on the design beforehand to avoid violations.
โ Commissioned works may be placed in my portfolio or posted on my socials. If you would like to keep them private, do inform beforehand.
โ By commissioning, you are agreeing to my terms of service. If you were to file a chargeback against me, your rights to the artwork will be retracted and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to other potential buyers.
โ If such an issue arises, you will not only be blacklisted but your name shall be flagged publicly to warn other artists. I will have the right to file a legal complaint and all the rights to the money paid.โญPROCESSโญ
โ Payment is to be sent and received in full before the piece is started on.
โ Progress updates are given in order: 1.Sketch > 2.Line Art > 3.Flat Colour > 4.Final.โญCUSTOMER SATISFACTIONโญ
โ Minor changes : Maximum of 2 revisions between the sketches to the flat-colour process. Revisions will no longer be allowed after shading. If there is a need to, it would be $30 per revision.
โ Major changes : Outfit changes or 50% or more the artwork is different. A recharge would be set according to each change or alteration.
โIf you would like your order expedited, you would have to pay 50% of the total cost. For further information, we may discuss it together.
โ Please be VERY specific with your order and references.
โ Please be clear with your specifications, you are not allowed to do minor changes with no charge. Please be reminded to be precise with your commission idea.
โ The final piece will be sent via email once the commission is done.โญCOPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYโญ
โ Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use. For commercial work, please contact me to discuss further. Additional price for commercial use will be double from actual price depending on usage.
โ PSD working file for the commissioned artwork is purchasable at 50% of the completed artwork.
Copyright Infringement:
โ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (unless it is specifically a paid commercial-use commission.)
โ Claiming the artwork as your own
โ Removing my watermark, signature, and altering the artwork without my consent
โ Please credit all of my work regardless if it is free asset or commissioned artwork.

โ CANCELLATION of order once a slot has been reserved will result in you losing your queue position. (Priority will be given to who clears payment / transactions).
โ Once I have started OR shown first sketch, there will be no refunds.
